INTERACTION BETWEEN EDITORS AND AUTHORS

All manuscripts submitted to the editorial office are pre-checked for compliance with formal requirements. The article can be returned to the author(s) for revision or addition of missing data. An article may be rejected due to its inconsistency with the goals of the journal, lack of originality, and low scientific value.

After a preliminary check, the article is submitted to the reviewer with an indication of the review period. The corresponding notification is sent to the author.

In controversial cases, the editorial board may involve several specialists in the review process, as well as the editor-in-chief.

When deciding on the revision of the article, the comments and comments of the reviewer are transmitted to the author. The author is given a certain period (no more than two months) to eliminate comments. If the author has not notified the editorial office of the planned actions within this period, the article is removed from the publication queue.

If the reviewer’s conclusion is positive, the article is submitted to the editor for preparation for publication.

When making a decision to refuse to publish an article, the corresponding decision of the editorial board is sent to the author.

The final version of the layout is sent to the responsible (contact) author of the article accepted for publication, which he is obliged to check. The answer is expected from the authors within two days. In the absence of a reaction from the author, the layout of the article is considered approved.

The editorial board of the journal conducts correspondence with the responsible (contact) author, however, if desired by the team of authors, letters can be sent to all authors for whom an e-mail address is specified.

In case of detection of unfair behavior on the part of the author, detection of plagiarism, fabrication or falsification of data, the editorial board is guided by the COPE rules.
