The duties of the editor-in-chief are performed by Lazarev Yuri Vasilyevich. In 1992 he graduated from the Ryazan State Pedagogical Institute named after S.A. Yesenin. In 1999 he defended his PhD thesis on the topic “National-regional component in the formation of a patriotically oriented personality of a high school student”. In 2012, he completed full-time doctoral studies at Moscow Pedagogical State University, and in 2017 he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic “The role of journalism in the development of Russian school literary education”.
He works as a professor at the Department of Literature and Journalism of Ryazan State University named after S.A. Yesenin.
